The shopping trolleys in the European series were designed in response to our retail partners' need for a trolley that did not allow any items to be transported outside the basket. There are no storage options on the chassis and the wide range of basket sizes are suited to a variety of different goods and industries. Their use is proven to reduce theft.

Chassis & Frame: Material: Constructed from high-tensile steel tubing, ensuring a sturdy and long-lasting frame. Finish: A durable epoxy or powder-coated finish is applied, providing excellent resistance to corrosion, scratches, and everyday wear-and-tear. Standard colors include silver, black, or custom corporate colors. Design: A low-profile, streamlined base enhances stability and prevents tipping.
Handles & Grips: Ergonomic Handle: A comfortable, ergonomically curved handle provides a natural grip. It is often coated with a soft-touch PVC or TPE material for enhanced user comfort. Dedicated Cup Holder: A built-in cup holder is seamlessly integrated into the handle assembly, perfect for a coffee or a drink purchased in-store. Coin Lock Mechanism: Operation: A standard feature is the coin-deposit locking system. A customer inserts a €1 or £1 coin (or a custom token) to release the trolley from the interlocked queue. The coin is returned upon the trolley's reconnection, encouraging cart return and reducing staff collection time. Nesting & Storage: Space-Efficient: The design allows for compact vertical nesting when not in use, maximizing storage space in the trolley bay.
